DEMEI Industrial limited is a professional company which is in Shanghai and provides complete services such as mold development injection molding, hot stamping, printing, coating, UV printing, and assembly. 
 
We have an annual production capacity of 100 million sets of cosmetic containers. We cover an area of 80, 000 square meters with over 2000 staff and five affiliated factories including new product designing, new molds development, spring manufacture, plastic blowing, etc. We mainly manage the high-end cosmetic bottle production and selling. 
 
There are three firms in Anhui, and one is in Guangzhou. After years of accumulation and development, we have become a packaging industry leader. Our products′ safety and reliability have been further guaranteed through strictly implementing the ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and QS food safety management system.

    Total area 60 acres, plant area 35 thousand square meter. There are 5 glass production lines, including two 6-position single-cavity lines, one 6-position double- cavity line, 1 8-position single-cavity line, one 6-position 9S line. Daily output 65tons, monthly output around 12 million glass bottles.

    With the area of 48000M2 (greenland of 10000M2), the company boasts 45 vial-producing machines（zp-18,zp40-32,zp35-55), 23 electrical anneal machines, a 100000-Grade purification workshop, and an analysis center in whick check the products by automatic image detection system. All the test items is accomplished according to the rules of ISO,USP,EP, YBB. It's annual production is about 500000000 pieces of vials which range from1ml-100ml. All the products are conformed to it's specifications, clean, hydrolytic resistance of interior surfaces, heat-resistant, freezing resistant, acid and alkali proof. All vials can meet requirement of ISO8362 and YBB. Special-sized vials can be produced according to customers' different purpose and requirement.
